The objective is to automate OpenSRP client core library publishing to Sonatype. The process will be triggered by pushing a tag of the glob pattern format v[0-9]+.[0-9]+.[0-9]+-SNAPSHOT e.g. v0.0.1-SNAPSHOT

Other supported glob pattern formats are:

v[0-9]+.[0-9]+.[0-9]+-[0-9a-zA-Z]+-SNAPSHOT
v[0-9]+.[0-9]+.[0-9]+-[0-9a-zA-Z]+-[0-9a-zA-Z]+-SNAPSHOT
