Pop Up for Areas Without Inventories are making reference to Districts

Following the change of the team assignment from District to Region, the expectation is that all wording and functionality should now point to the region level. I came across a region that was said not to have active service points and the messaging read There are no active service points in this district. Could we check:

• [x] If the check is looking for district location instead of regions
• [x] If its mainly the label making reference to district erroneously instead of region
