Region Where Service Point has Active Inventories Reading as "Not Active"

I added inventories to a service point in the region called Itasy and they showed up on the WebUI. See the link here. I assigned a mission to the region and activated the Mission. I am able to see the Mission on the Android client but when I select the region the App is returning a message There are no active service points in this district.. The issue on the wrong wording has been captured in a different ticket. However, its not clear why no service points are showing for this region yet it has a service point with active inventories.

@samkanga I observed that the service point mentioned above didn't have the Lat/Lng value assigned to it. These values are required as these are the coordinates used to plot the point on the map.

After I updated the Lat/Lng value (assigned dummy coordinates), I could see the service point plotted on the map.
