Implement side menu

• [x] OpenSRP logo, app version, and app update date displayed at the top.
• [x] App version and app update date get updated when a new release is installed
• [x] Sync button triggers a sync to the server.
• [x] Green "Device data synced" message appears when all data from the device is synced to the server and all server data is synced to the device, based on the user who is logged in.
• [x] Offline maps opens offline maps page
• [x] Mission and District dropdowns show the logged-in user which mission and district they have selected.
• [x] Missions in the dropdown filter to only those missions that the logged-in user is assigned to via team assignment
• [x] Districts dropdown is empty until a mission is selected; when a mission is selected, it displays the list of districts that are assigned to that mission.
• [x] User shows the username of the logged in user
• [x] Logout button logs user out of the app

Note: See if we can make the order of plan/area configurable, so that future projects can choose which order to use.

Benn is unable to finish this issue until the relevant OpenSRP web portions are completed.

@bennsimon Sorry for the change, but we'll need to add a language selector in the app side menu. Here is the related issue: https://github.com/OpenSRP/opensrp-client-eusm/issues/13

@bennsimon Roger updated the side menu with the app logo: https://marvelapp.com/prototype/1296hh24/screen/71758172. This also includes the language dropdown we discussed. He also added back in the "Powered by OpenSRP" at the bottom.

Can you take a quick look and see if you can update the side menu accordingly? Thanks

V0.0.1 - Built on 10 Dec 2020 - UI looks great to me! The rest of the functionality I'll need to test when the web portions are implemented and "hooked" up to the app.
