Quantity shows 0 in mobile app and serial number is appearing from somewhere

See above. This is on the Carolyn's 2 March mission (https://web.mg-eusm-staging.smartregister.org/missions/assignments/29ce3024-7a42-50ab-b3b8-03da12faa8b9) and the Isotry water point: https://web.mg-eusm-staging.smartregister.org/inventory/profile/64288c47-c7af-407c-b83c-0fb55051d457.

The stock inventory item at this service point has Quantity of 1 and no serial number, but yet the product shows up in the app with quantity of 0 and a serial number that's coming from somewhere, but I'm not sure where.

Not urgent for the live test, but a couple of small improvements to make here:

• [ ] Add space between the quantity and the number
• [ ] Remove the interpunct punctuation when there is no serial number
• [ ] On the product info page, we can show Qty: 1 here again
