Edit of the LogOut Message When New Assignments are made to a User #86

Presently, when a new mission is assigned to a user who is online, the App requires the user to log-out and login again. This happens when the android client syncs to the OpenSRP server. The message on the pop up message reads Account Disabled. See sample screenshot below. Could we rename this title to New Mission Assigned.

The wording on the logout message is now OK. I assume the French translations will show up when the strings have been updated on transifex.

There is however one issue I identified. After a new mission has been added, the automated logoff is recurring close to 3 times before a user can progress using the App. For example, when I login again after the automated log out, the sync progresses, but at some point the App automatically logs off with the message that a new mission has been assigned. Is there a way we can make this only happen once and persist unless another assignment is made?
