Amend the restrictions on the Vital/danger signs form to the following: User should only be able to entre numbers as shown below:

Temperature (32-42 Degrees)
Pulse (40-120)
Respiratory (0)
Height (1-500)
Weight (1-500)
Oxygen saturation (0-100)
BP Systolic (50-250 Range)
Dystolic (40-200 Range)
Respiratory rate (0-100 Range)
[ ] Add the following to the vital signs check
Blantyre Coma-scale (0-5 Range)
Glasgow Coma-scale (0-15 Range)

The Respiratory rate is mentioned twice with 2 different constraints.

Which one is correct?
