Sync not happening between 2 devices

V.0.3.4-preview (26th Aug release) users: happykid2 and happykid3

[ ] There seems to be a lag with sync between 2 users. I have not been able to sync data from tablet A to tablet B for over 30hrs.
[ ] The save and sync button seems not to have the sync functionality.
[ ] Manual sync on the client profile seems to also not work properly.

@AnnieMungai This seems to be a configuration Issue with the new Users.

I am able to Sync data from demo user and see the data on Happykid2. Meaning Sync is working.
I created data on Happykid2 and Synced, then cleared the device and tried sync back but that data was not there. Meaning that account is not even syncing it's own data up.
Point two is the same for User Happykid3

From this am drawing the concussion that the issue is with the Configuration of the two new users. That is Happykid2 and Happykid3

@paulinembabu after changing the users, seems now I can sync data between 2 devices. I agree, there is something off with the location hierarchy for different users. I have tested this again with different location/team:

[ ] Users will not have a similar number of patients even if they are in the same team, this is because some users are assigned sub-teams and others are not. The ones with subteams will have more patients as they are syncing data from more than 1
[ ] location.Sync between 2 devices is taking under 30secs (pretty cool actually).
[ ] Sync is not working when you tap on Save form. - you have to manually sync that.
[ ] If you are already on a client's profile and you invoke manual sync, it is not updating that client's OPD forms. You will have to get off the client's profile and then back in for the forms to update.
