@AnnieMungai This seems to be a configuration Issue with the new Users.
From this am drawing the concussion that the issue is with the Configuration of the two new users. That is Happykid2 and Happykid3
@paulinembabu after changing the users, seems now I can sync data between 2 devices. I agree, there is something off with the location hierarchy for different users. I have tested this again with different location/team:
Issue is Closed. New issues are created #451 and #387
