[ ] On the download, if you are already on a client's profile and you invoke manual sync (by tapping on the sync button on the client profile), it should update that client's OPD forms. without the need for the user to get off the patient profile for the forms to update.
Example: If user A fills a client diagnosis form and sync data, when user B searches for this client on their device and finds them, when they navigate to their profile and tap on the syn button, all the OPD forms already filled will be updated. The user can then proceed to provide services to the patient.
