Remove functionality for the SAVE button on the Patient History tab on OPD

When I open a client's history page on their profile, I am able to open different forms. However, tapping on the SAVE button at the top of the profile is updating a form that was not filled today.

How this functionality should work.

• [x] If a form was filled today, the edit function allows the users to edit and save changes to the form.
• [x] If a form was saved on a date that is beyond today, then the forms on the history page should be view only. The SAVE button should therefore not be functional for all forms saved in the past (not today).
