-Test the OpenSRP application

[x] Correct URL displays on the application.
[x] User can successfully log in to the app and sync data.
[x] Data entered into the app syncing to the server.
[x] App functionality is working properly - not form is crashing.
[x] User can save all the forms successfully.
[ ] In-app reports can be generated (DO NOT SUBMIT ANY REPORT WITH TEST DATA)

Test the OpenMRS instance

[x] User can log in to the OpenMRS instance.
[x] User can create a user, assign them teams and locations.
[ ] The locations are correct on the new OpenMRS.
[ ] Location tags are also correct.

Timelines: by end of Friday November 4th, 2022.
