~- [ ] Fix the % value shown on the progress bar. The percentages should be indications of how below or over the target the progress is.~

[ ] Convert the view to a RecyclerView such that a when a list of indicators is supplied the necessary list of indicator progress views are generated instead of the list of views being added manually.
