Sync not working after the initial sync

[ ] Once records are synced after a fresh install, the sync is not working for any other syncs. This is affecting the sync back to the server for records and fetching records using the advanced search.
[ ] The automated sync is not working every 15 minutes. When connected to the internet, sync should happen every 15minutes.
[ ] The manual sync is not working, app showing sync failed even when you force manual sync.
