Update the HIA2 reports to match 2021 MOH reports

Update the HIA2 reports to match what the country is currently using for reporting. Add all the indicators highlighted in green and remove all the indicators that are cancelled out on this data dictionary- under HIA2 tab.

• [ ] Vitamin A, deworming and ITNs
• [ ] Immunisation All changes should reflect for daily tallies, draft report and sent reports.

• [x] All vaccines that are given in an outreach (at the zone level) not reflecting on the app - they are showing as part of the facility vaccines. Ideally, facility vaccines are given at the facility - the main location on the hierarchy whereas the outreach vaccines are given at the zone level - location below the main location on the hierarchy for a particular facility.
• [x] Amend the label for total Penta 3 vaccines to read - Total number of children >1 who received Penta 3 (Currently reading Penta 2).
• [x] RV 1 not showing any figures.
• [x] Amend label for the fully immunised at outreach - it has some misspelling.

@junaidwarsivd note for the outreach vaccines, these are vaccines given to a child when the service location selected is the zone, which is below the main health facility (It is not the same as the out of catchment vaccines - vaccines given to a child that belongs to another facility).
