Fetching a child's ZEIR ID through MVACC

Once a child is registered through MVACC or ZEIR, a CBV will be able to retrieve the child's, ZEIR ID as follows:

• [ ] Use the Child MVACC ID + Mother NRC number. The system will search for the child with these 2 details and return a list of children associated with this. Trigger: ZEIR ID Message returned after typing ZEIR ID: Enter mother NRC number + Child MVACC ID to retrieve child ZEIR ID

• [ ] If no child is found, then the CBV will be asked to search using the mother Birth Cert ID+MVACC ID. The system will search for the child with these 2 details and return a list of children associated with this. message when child is not found: 0 children found. Enter mother birth certificate number + Child MVACC ID to retrieve child ZEIR ID When children are found: Show list of children with title: Select the correct child

• [ ] If no child is found, then the CBV will be asked to search using the mother birth notification number+child MVACC ID. The system will search for the child with these 2 details and return a list of children associated with this. message when child is not found: 0 children found. Enter mother birth number notification number + Child MVACC ID to retrieve Child ZEIR ID When children are found: Show list of children with title: Select the correct child

• [ ] If not results are found, then the mother will be notified that the child is not registered. message when child is notfound: 0 children found. Register the child When children are found: Show list of children with title: Select the correct child
