Slow search and non-functioning filter button

• [ ] Both versions are very slow in searching for a record, the system hangs when typing the ZEIR ID or Childs name, it can about 30 seconds for what you type to appear in the search bar.
• [ ] Notification bell on both versions is not able to display the defaulters only.
