Sent reports crashing #215

[x] Trying to access the sent reports using Android 5 force closes the app. How I tested this: I activated manual sync on the HIA2 reports, waited 30minutes and checked the reports. https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/58034047/135406762-78eeabf1-8356-41f7-aa28-daaec737a5f8.mp4
[x] Android 10 not generating any HIA2 reports. Also not showing any of the submitted reports.

@junaidwarsivd Prod version 2.0.3r2 (the debug version is 0.0.20) The HIA2 reports hare not loading properly. App crashed when trying to access sent reports. On the v0.0.19 - user demo. The reports were loading okay. Opening the sent reports did not crash the app. Daily tallies were also working okay.
