Update 8 data elements in HIA2 report to sync to DHIS2

BlueCode has checked the latest HIA2 data elements from Zambia DHIS2, and there are 8 data elements that need to be updated in the DHIS2 HIA2 report in ZEIR.

Also, switch the syncing of data from stage DHIS2 (https://dhis-stage.ona.io) to production DHIS2 (http://dhis.ona.io/).

Here's a list of the 8 data elements that have an updated ID:
