Reported on 22 March 2018 weekly project call, PATH team is requesting that the ZEIR ID field in the Record Out of Catchment Area Service form be changed to allow manual entry of the ZEIR ID. Right now, tapping on the field launches the QR code scanner app. The user should be allowed to tap on the field and manually enter the ZEIR ID. They should still be able to tap on the Scan QR Code button and scan a code, though.
If possible, let's check the check digit logic on the ZEIR ID to make sure there are no data entry errors.
