JSON forms in stock section changing after openning child enrollment form

The JSON forms in the stock change their custom appearances and look like the child enrollment form:

1. The number widget with the + and - buttons changes to an normal field. The + and - buttons disappear
2. The width of fields fills the screen width
3. Any other customizations made in the stock module for the JSON forms are also lost

This happens when these forms are opened after opening a child enrollment form
