Duplicate vaccines appearing in report adverse event form #69

Duplicate vaccines are appearing in the report adverse event form for some children - see Faith Achieng (ZEIR: 2562361) in biddemo tester account. Think it might have something to do if vaccines are edited to a different date?

The same vaccine eg. OPV 1 - 6 weeks can be given to the same child on two different devices by the same provider if the updated status is not synced on both devices.

Reproduction

Using two devices with the same provider, administer same vaccine different days. Then sync both devices.

Example

Provider - biddemo User: Faith Achieng Vaccine: Penta 1 - 6 weeks was given on both 14th Sept and 20 Sept Year 2017
