NTD: Record Dose Tasks Not Generating for Children Added through CSV Upload #1423

Describe the bug or issue Record Dose tasks is not being generated for children uploaded through the csv for the NTD Eswatini project. Task Generation for NTD is done through NiFi. Below are the steps followed in adding the children.

Uploaded a new csv with 12 children in the school with ID f0de23e0-1e42-49e1-a60f-58d92040aaaa attached to the location with ID f0de23e0-1e42-49e1-a60f-58d92040bbbb. Created a new plan and assigned it to the location above. Logged into the android client and completed Sync Searched for the added children. Children have no Record Dose tasks generated. Expected behavior All children uploaded through the CSV should have tasks generated against them. image

I created a new user ntd11 Added a CSV plan with about 9 kids Created anew plan - CSV https://web.reveal-stage.smartregister.org/plans/update/85460292-4f41-56bb-a61c-a4d7f7fbde7b Logged into android The list were not showing

Update on my end: Turns out I needed to ensure the location ID matches the school ID which is why my csv wasn't uploading. I made the changes on the csv and i checked to see if it shows, it did reflect on android.

However, for previous users like eswatinidev, there are still alot of stale data where alot of children don't have tasks cc @samkanga @rkodev @Rkareko
