It has been noted that there's a mismatch of the number of tasks generated It was noted that we have a case where the number of family members is more than the number of tasks generated. NB

This was an already existing structure in the plan
A similar issue had been reported on production instance here

see below screenshot. where we have 4 family members but only 3 tasks.
