Update tasks and events not assigned to a plan in Namibia Production #563

It looks like the Namibia production users added points in the Android client without selecting a plan in the hamburger menu. This results in the same situation where we have tasks and events that were created, but not linked to a plan. Please perform the same fix that was done on Zambia production to add the plan into these missing items. Also, please make sure to update the serverVersion so the data syncs correctly.

The updated planId should be "d522fa3e-ad26-4a94-bd30-8ee0e9cb1ce3"

@craigappl I have confirmed there are no such tasks on the Namibia.
