We'll want a place to stage our Superset database to unblock work until we've got the real deployment up.

Depends on #723

Put this up at reveal-stage:

psql -h reveal-stage.co1dqshnixcv.eu-west-1.rds.amazonaws.com -p 5432 -d reveal_esw_stage -U canopy (same user/password as reveal1)
