Add confirmation dialog on marking a child as deceased

After filling in and saving the "Report deceased" form in the ZEIR app, this confirmation dialog should appear.

[x] Selecting "Confirm" marks the child as deceased in OMRS and unsyncs the child's record from the device. The user should be taken back to the home register screen.
[x] Selecting "Undo" undos the form saving and leaves the child's record on the tablet. The user should be taken back to the child's detailed view screen.
[x] The user must select "Undo" or "Confirm" to leave this dialog. They should not be allowed to tap outside the dialog to close it.

Some comments:

[ ] The child should be marked as deceased in OMRS. Currently, it looks like the death encounter is submitted, but child is not marked as deceased. This can be transferred to a new issue if can't be completed in time for release.
[x] See screenshot below. Can we reduce the size of the icon and reduce the white space on the right? Also enlarge the Undo and Confirm buttons.
