Aleena bot for Immunization

This ticket (or child tickets) would be updated for all features and changes.

• A child would be enrolled via mobile app. Should showup in Aleena
• A child vaccinated should showup with all vaccines recieved in Aleena
• A child via mobile app should show up in OpenMRS
• A child vaccinated via Aleena should showup in mobile app and OpenMRS

Things to make sure.

• Your mobile app is pointing out to right web server (opensrp)
• Your opensrp web server is pointing to right openmrs (opensrp.properties) [url, user, pwd]
• CouchDB is running with Lucene and Lucene is running as well
• Active MQ is also running
• Aleena flows are pointing out to right web server
• And off course tomcat is running with openmrs and opensrp
• MUST make sure that no other instance of opensrp is running on same server and using same tables of motechquartz. Otherwise you should expect unusual behavior. i.e. services not running despite they are scheduled. Other instance can eagerly run services and update timestamps which can cause FormSubmissions and CE parser never run
