Email Notifier for urgent issues on server #23

An Email Notifier should be built for OpenSRP which notifies any critical error to admin via email.
The module should be extensible to scale itself for SMS notifications.
The notifications should be configurable so that admin can choose which level of severity he wants to monitor

This sounds good to me; however, can you provide an example of what a critical error would be, so that I make sure I understand this clearly?

A critical issue could be Error in exporting a FormSubmission to OpenMRS due to wrong credentials, or An Error in validating a location or important observation with OpenMRS that depicts that client and server have got serious unsynced mappings...
