[ ] Create a page to display the set of rules in the JSON form validator.
[ ] Any user with the rights to view the uploaded forms should be able to view this page.

Attached is a sketch of what we think the page would look like. @rowo will advice further on the UI & UX changes required and provide an actual mock up of the page after discussions.

@dubdabasoduba it would be nice to also include some documentation on the APIs to use, and how to use them
