Update platform information related to AIX #69

Related to https://github.com/openssl/openssl/pull/24609 PR, new configurations are added for AIX platform to support openxl compiler. This PR is to update existing platform information and also include the new platform in the platform-list link.

IMO the platforms first need to be also moved to community supported platforms (i.e. someone volunteering to be the community maintainer) to update them.

There is no point in updating unadopted platforms as there is no responsibility behind these to keep them working regardless of the particular details such as the compiler used.

Yes definitely I am willing to volunteer for AIX related platforms. My full name is Sandeep Umesh, I am from IBM AIX development team and have also got my CLA approved.

Is there a process to mark a platform as support platforms ? Do let me know about it. Thanks

Just in this PR move the relevant entries to the table in the previous section and add your Github handle as the maintainer.
