Recent cleanup efforts of our issue list have driven increased community participation on help wanted issues, and as such it would be nice to give contributors a greater level of freedom in being able to modify issue metadata (like milestones for feature branches, assignments, etc).
Is there any issue with creating a group with elevated ACLs that we can place community members into to achieve this freedom?
