The 'meeting-minutes' of the OTC are not stored here, they can be found in the openssl/otc repository on GitHub:

IMO this can be merged right away as this is not touching the actual technical policy documents.

If none of the @openssl/otc members disagrees with your opinion within the grace period, I will merge it.
