Update the text on the downloads page for 3.2 #441

I think we should also remove the 1.1.1 download that is currently shown on the main download page....but I'm not too sure how to make that happen....@levitte?

It should be as simple as moving the remaining 1.1.1 files into the old/1.1.1 directory. However, when I tried that, the web builder went berzerk, I've no idea why.

To be investigated on Monday.
