Otherwise the second run will fail. We run tempest before and after charm upgrade.

Discussed offline with @ChrisMacNaughton: this doesn't sound good as it is. It would be better to implement a Zaza cleanup hook that will run after the tests.

As discussed recently with Chris, I'll go for a solution making use of https://github.com/openstack-charmers/zaza-openstack-tests/pull/635 instead.
