Use edge channel with non-openstack charms #81

This is a temporary work-around. Switching from latest/edge to edge allows use of the non-openstack charms with the juju --force (LP: #1996794).

Hmm, what the juju deploy of the bundle says (kinetic): deploy application vault from charm-hub on kinetic with edge
