This commit closes issue 310. It adds pipelines for each day of the week for running a job weekly. This commit allows us to break up weekly jobs over multiple days to distribute the load.
I think I have this set up right. I copied off the existing weekly job's format.
I did set the time to 0111 UTC each of the days because that day should be outside of the working days of the folks in our organization. I recognize that time does overlap with the working hours of East Asian, though. If there is a better time at which to trigger these jobs, I'm open to suggestions.
