Currently use of the repo is pretty difficult when used in pretty much any environment beyond the original POC.

Documentation for installation is sparse, and needs to be reviewed, updated/created, and then any changes made to allow installation to be smooth.

Minor things to address found in initial testing:

creation of RHACM creates a unique OperatorGroup, and applying base/advanced-cluster-management causes a conflict

Pull request #7 definitely helps with some of this. More to come, but work in progress to make bootstrapping a cluster easier.
