Bump galera storageRequest to 5G #877

Use a more production valid storageRequest in the sample files for galera.

after discussion with @dciabrin , lets keep it small in the samples. there is 5G documented in product docs. We probably want to add a validation webhook which prints a warning if DB storageRequest < 5G.
