Creating new project / tennant #641

I am not able to find any examples / code on how to create new projects / tennants using SDK Any help appreciated. Thank you

OpenStack.NET is designed for end-users, not operators, so you will need to use the command-line tools or website for your OpenStack instance to manage users, tenants, projects, etc.
