Partial fix for #1.

Does not solve case 3: broken services return HTTP 200 and error in XML document.

Great; useful stuff! It won't be added to this repo though as this is a generic CKAN Link Checker and it should not contain code which is specific for a certain CKAN instance or certain websites/APIs.

This all doesn't matter though, because you've already made a fork and posted the results using your method over there (you could rename that repo, e.g. 'CKAN Link Checker data.overheid.nl georegister analysis' and add more details to the README, so people will know the difference). So we now know the number of working georegister websites which are wrongly linked on data.overheid.nl. Do you know who should fix those links? Data.overheid.nl or the maintainer of the specific dataset?

Regarding case 3. This will be dealt with once the georegister links are fixed on data.overheid.nl. E.g. instead of showing this link for a WMS service, the link will then be this.
