MySQL driver not installed in fusionauth #157

Describe the bug

As per documentation the MySQL driver for JDBC is not installed anymore by default. This currently prevents setting up a new (development) environment for Bron.

Expected behavior

The driver should be installed so we can run Bron in another environment.

Somewhat more back in business. Still need to get it to response to the users subdomain

Database was upgraded, fusionauth as well. [This](https://fusionauth.io/community/forum/topic/2259/error-403-with-nginx-in-front/15?_=1704203924522&lang=en-US] was the fix further used. Marking as closed now
