changed hardcoded ip in extractor #105

The Ip was also hardcoded in the extractor, fixed.

Justin, can you scrape the museum again after this pull request, so the dead links are removed from the API? And can you give me sign if its done, so i can inform the museum. thank you

@TMeerhof Just re-scraped the dataset, the URLs reference the items should now point to the new location (see for example http://api.opencultuurdata.nl/v0/textielmuseum/3bd96f69476fd59be33104d8a3347373bf32b4e2).
