oai extractor missing required argument #7

bij het OAI-PMH request ListIdentifiers is het argument metadataPrefix een verplicht argument, zie http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/openarchivesprotocol.html#ListIdentifiers in de huidige implementatie wordt de metadataPrefix alleen bij het eerste ListIdentifiers request gedaan
