4 years ago The Hodex directory link you mention is incorrect. The proper link is http://studiedata.nl/hodex/directory/ (for example, the studiedatabase.nl version lists an incorrect link for the UT)
Hodex will very likely be replaced by an API in 2020.
DUO offers education programme data on their website.
Higher Education (CROHO, Centraal Register Opleidingen Hoger Onderwijs)
For Higher Education programmes, DUO has the "Centraal Register Opleidingen Hoger Onderwijs" (Central Registry Programmes Higher Education). The CROHO database is downloadable in Excel and ASCII-formats at https://duo.nl/zakelijk/ho/croho/raadplegen_en_downloaden_croho.asp

I think its a good idea to add these to the Open Onderwijs Data API, but I think it is important to make sure the CROHO data by DUO is licensed in a way we can add it to the project. Also the information in HODEX is valuable, the issue of license also arises here and we need to think about the frequency we need to scrape this data, since we can expect this to change often.
