We need to clean up the House Events to have the name not always be set to the Committee, since they have the same selector on the scraper (line 55 & 130). Some Events have names like “Conference Committee on H.F. 3489” & is removed during validation since it’s not the name of the committee (actually Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee since that's the page the event link points to). May need to set up a map of Ids that will show up in the Event's detail link url to committee names from the listed House Committee page to be better at ensuring the correct name.
