Multiple Titles => Appendix title updates

These queries are both relating to platform functionality and would be nice to have across all titles as they are relatively standard in almost all markets.

1) Is it possible to have the Answer Key listed in the Table of Contents?

2) Is it possible to have the word 'Appendix' appear before A, B, etc. in the Table of Contents?

1) No, listing the Answer Key in the TOC is not currently possible due to the way data is built. This is a long way away.

2) The work to do this is not so simple, it requires looking at collation, stylesheet, and transforms. We will look into it, but it won't make it until at least the next release (December).

For the record, many of our books have this same styling in the Appendix, including Econ, Precalculus, Algebra & Trig, Chemistry, and History.

We need to change this for every book. We want it to be "Appendix :"; e.g. Appendix A: The Periodic Table.

Here is American Government. We might want to think about renaming the Appendix modules in titles where the Appendix title is actually "Appendix", like above.

We may need a DMS to review the titles to identify books that an appendix with the title "Appendix" so we don't have "Appendix A: Appendix". Then we can ask W&N to give us a proper title for these appendices.

We need to check in with W&N to see if they have updated titles for these appendices with the generic title "Appendix", so they don't display as "Appendix A: Appendix".

Jeremy is OK with February release, so moving this to maniacal-mongoose. I believe we can include this with the PrinceXML updates since we have to re-test every PDF anyway. Let's park if you feel otherwise.
