WAITING (logo from Marketing/batch editing) Remove "College" from "OpenStax College" in a zillion places

February 2016 (for PDF delivery to homework partners):

• [x] front matter template (logo on page 1; text on copyright page; possibly other locations) (interns?)
• [x] marketing promo page (this is the iPad giveaway page - will not be used in printed version)
• [x] all book prefaces (multiple references) (interns) (SEE ALSO BELOW RE: STAXDASH)
• [x] footer, if possible (see issue #1583 and #1631)

2016:

• [x] book covers on iTunes
• [x] ancillaries (see #1918 for outstanding issues)
• [x] CM documentation

Before Print:

• [x] update front matter for each book before print
• [x] check book cover on OSC.org to see if "college" still exists
• [x] check About text on book page on openstaxcollege.org (Courtney would do this)

Unknown timeline:

• [ ] Link to Learning "logo" (Dani's team may be re-designing)
• [ ] short links (see issue #1584 )

FYI, Courtney will handle any changes needed to the OpenStax website.

We will also need to remove any references to StaxDash from the Prefaces. Please see below from Courtney:

In the About This Book section, the last sentence reads "You can find the status of the project, as well as alternate versions, corrections, etc., on the StaxDash at http://openstaxcollege.org.”

We will not be using the StaxDash on the new site, and in fact, it is not up-to-date even now on the old site. We should remove this sentence from the books.
