WAITING (feedback from Phil/CTE) Investigate Appendices "Chapter" in HS Stats on TEA server #2498

@philschatz noticed the Appendices for HS Stats are in a chapter. I think this is a mistake - they should not be in a sub-collection. Could someone verify using the bookmap and remedy as-needed? Please let @philschatz know when this is resolved.
