[x] Need to export documentation to Word or Google doc for WiseWire.
[x] Need to develop standards for resolution notes - maybe in a Google doc so Anne can contribute once we send it

@brittweinstein I reviewed the documentation and made a few suggestions. Once those are resolved, I think we are good to send to WiseWire!
