Table Caption Formatting #3248

Figure numbering and title needs to be bold and 6.92 in noto sans, black.

Caption needs to be GREY. size 6.92. not bold

Font is NOTO SANS at 6.92 See figure caption specs: #3233 also Please confirm in appendicies also @Stackblocks
